Location : 5 minute walking to Montmartre and the Moulin Rouge, 15 minutes to the Opera, the Galeries Lafayette department store and Europe's densest shopping area. The Marais and Les Halles are 20-25 minutes away walking or by Metro, a 6 Euro taxi ride. Two métro lines, several bus stops and 'Velib' (public rental bikes) stations are nearby (100 meters). The Rue des Martyrs and its famous food market full of mouthwatering delicatessen and pastry shops is around the corner. A supermarket in the area is open until 11:30 pm Monday to saturday and a minimarket until midnight every day.
