Appartamento fornito di ogni comfort e di tutti gli accessori necessari per un eccellente soggiorno.Appartamento situato in un bel quartiere a 2 passi dalla metro, pulitissimo ed ottimamente riscaldato.

Appartement tres bien situe , bien equipe dans l ensemble. Tres agreable et assez bien isole du bruit. Lumiere un peu faible dans la chambre, pas tres prtique pour lire. Tres prtique d avoir la machine a laver.

Localisation : appartement très bien situé, métro ligne 1 à côté (intéressant pour l'aspect touristique), commerces de proximité et ambiance de quartier très agréable. Fenêtres fermées, le bruit de la rue n'est pas une nuisance. Intérieur : bons couchages, fonctionnel et lave linge appréciable. Point négatif : l'électricité. Pas de lumière dans la pièce principale à part l'éclairage de l'évier et de la hotte. Obligé de laisser la lampe de la salle de bain éclairée pour y voir à peine. Une lampe de chevet fonctionne sur les deux. Malgré ce signalement, rien n'a été fait. Points à améliorer : - Équipement : un micro onde serait le bienvenu. - Propreté : le renouvellement des alèses à chaque nouveaux clients serait un vrai plus. - Documentation : laisser peut être des prospectus touristiques si besoin. Points positifs: le bon contact des personnes de Ah Paris et l'attention délicate des cartouches de café offertes. Avec ces quelques améliorations, l'appartement serait excellent.

The apartment is in a great neighbourhood with easy connections to the metro and the Velib bike rental system. Lots of shopping and food options right at the front door. The apartment is well laid out and very comfortable - good sized shower as well - which is rare in Paris. Would recommend it as a place to stay.

We stayed here three years ago. It's a fab location. The apartment looks a little tired now and could do with a refresh. The apartment was clean and tidy

The good: - Location is perfect (access to shops, restaurant, metro, monuments). I know Paris very well and you can't beat this sort of location - The apartment is convenient and has pretty much all you need for a short stay - The booking, check in/out process are very very good and professional. The people in charge are communicating very well and promptly The less good: - The apartment doesn't feel super clean. Spider webs in some places, serious dust on the walls of the bathroom, tile grout is getting black, table is quite damaged etc...it is clearly not fresh and needs work/upgrading - The first thing you see in the apartment is this tiny flat screen TV. I am not coming to Paris to watch the terrible French TV so it is not the end of the world but it sets the tone: this is so cheap it reflect poorly as a first impression. Then comes the time you realise that you only have one toilet roll to protect the environment: WTF??? Little things like that may you enjoy less the place and frankly look pathetic - Curtains and heating are a bit of a problem. Hard to explain but not a show stopper. Only mentioned to have 3 positive things and 3 negative to be balanced. We enjoyed the stay but I have had better places for the same price in Paris hence the rating.

Appartement parfaitement situé, quartier parmi les plus agréables de la capitale : tous les commerces, des musées intéressants, beaucoup d'endroits de promenade et la lace des Voges ; de plus, proximité du métro et de la station de vélib. Pas de bruit, les fenêtres remplissent bien leur office. Confort de l'appartement excellent, la literie de la chambre est cependant un peu fatiguée mais rien de grave. Bref, nous retenons cette super adresse pour nos prochains séjours à Paris.

The double bed and the kitchen table need replacement, the where ready to fall apart. The apartment could have been cleaner at arrival. The location of the apartment and the neighborhood were very good.

Très bien situé, près du métro St-Paul. Le matelas du divan lit n'est pas très confortable et forme un "V" au centre. Un seul rouleau de papier hygiénique me semble un peu radin pour 4 personnes, nous avons du en acheter dès le deuxième jour. Excellentes fenêtres qui coupent le bruit, mais en été la chaleur est difficile à supporter les fenêtres fermées... Super douche et cuisine.

Excelente apartamento, muy bien ubicado, silencioso por las noches concurrido en el día. Buena oferta gastronómica, supermercado cerca. ideal Equipado con lo justo y necesario. Se descansa muy bien¡

El apartamento nos gustó mucho, el espacio es adecuado y la localización es fantástica. Los utensilios son los necesarios, solo echamos en falta el microondas y notamos un poco de olor a humedad al entrar.

Appartement très bien placé, pas loin du métro ,tous commerces à proximité . Appartement bien entretenu. Un bémol au niveau de la vaisselle,il manquait des bols ou des grosses tasses. Un micro ondes rendrait service, mais c'est vrai qu'il n'y a pas de place. Ce n'est tout de même pas gênant en soi.

Microwave and dishwasher would be usefull. Some glasses dishes were broken.

The apartment is very,very good located. But it was durty and not cleaned up! We could not check in at 12.30 pm because the cleaning was ready at 15.15 pm so we expected a clean apartment. The floor and the shower were dirty. Also the water of the shower did not go away and my husband did clean the plug. It was clear that Mr. Oliver had to empty the frigidaire and turn the carpet while we were there. Never the less we enjoid our stay and we hope that when we come again and then it is OK.

Very nice apt and perfect location. Well appointed and clean and everything worked and great to have a Nespresso machine! The coffee table was very rickety, there was a hole in the bedsheet, and the bedslats supporting the mattress were unstable on one side.

Great location, nice and clean apartment, metro line 1 to all major atractions just few meters away from apartment, safe place to stay. I will recomend this apartment to my friends!

The apt was lovely..very well appointed and clean. We are very familiar with the area, if you want to be in the Marais this is an excellent location. Would definitely stay again.

Un apartamento acogedor y muy bien ubicado. La única pega los colchones, están muy desgastados y no se descansa bien.

It was in an excellent location. If you are going to want to prepare your own meals, it is really stocked and good for that. We wanted to eat out, so we didn't use anything. The mattress on the bed is really worn and should be replaced. I slept on it one night and had to use the couch. The shower did not drain well and would fill up while you shower. Those are two minor things that were made up for by the location and the looks of the inside of the apartment and the value.

parfaitement placé au Marais à quelques pas du métro St-Paul ; équipement un peu light (vaisselle ; pas de micro-onde) et pas de rideaux (voilages) aux fenêtres (salut les vis à vis), que des doubles-rideaux opaques donc obligeant à rester dans le noir...

Ubicación inmejorable en un barrio encantador. Muy buena relación calidad/precio y estupenda atención. De acuerdo con otros usuarios en que se echa en falta un microondas para completar el equipamiento. Por lo demás, perfecto y muy recomendable.

The apartment was in a good location and well appointed. There was some noise from the street but no more than to be expected in a central location.

Es un piso agradable a la vista muy bien ubicado en marais y esta muy bien cuidado . La atención de Olivier fue muy buena y no tuve ningún problema durante mi estadía en el apartamento quizá lo que si eche de menos es que no tenía microondas . Pero por lo demás me Encanto el apartamento . Saludos
