The apartment is located in a very calm and nice area with lots of restaurants and bars around. There are all the needed facilities in the apartment: hairdryer, oven, toaster. So you could feel like home.

Lovey apartment, excellent location. Only downside was bathroom too small, shower and toilet space, otherwise perfect for a few days in Paris.

Great appartment. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen small but good enough since there are so many great restaurants nearby! The beds are nice and big, the sofa-bed also! Shower is great, wifi is good. The location is perfect.

Excellent site . Clean apartment. Small but comfortable. In good location near subway. Near good coffee and bakery shops I enjoy my stay there . But bed sheets was old need to renew I recommended for everyone.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Marais-Viertel ist eines der schönsten in Paris. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist zwar klein, aber fein und für einige Tage völlig ausreichend. Es hat alles super funktioniert und ganz wichtig WLAN ist super.

Nice clean apartment, no air con was the only issue as it got quite hot, and lack of kitchen space made it difficult to prepare meals. Other than that it was a great cosy place to stay in an excellent location.

Apartment is in great location. We expected the apartment to be small but the pullout couch as cramped for two teenage boys. If street noise bothers you, I recommend bringing ear plugs. We would stay here again, the neighborhood was fantastic. A clothes drying rack would be helpful, there were not many places to drape clean clothes to dry.

Good apartments. Located on the 3rd floor with no lift (not for seniors ) . Small but comfortable . Excellent location . Near - metro , museums , shops . The apartments have electric stove, dishes . Minus - not working washing machine (as warned at the meeting ) . It is also very lacking clothes racks at the entrance . In all other respects satisfied . On your next visit to Paris the opportunity to stay in this apartment

Location was amazing!!!! Everything on your doorstep. A wonderful friendly French neighbourhood. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thomas met us much later than we planned because the RER was closed! He was very friendly and welcoming. The Appartment was ok. The bathroom could have been cleaner and leaving only 3 partly used rolls of toilet paper for a 6 night stay was a little short sighted. It is small but mostly comfortable. We have stayed in appartments in Paris before so we knew what to expect. The bathroom is too 'compact' for comfort. The placement of the washing machine made the toilet very hard to use. The sofa bed is very generously sized. I wouldn't recomend this apartment for 4 adults but 2 adults and 2 children managed well. Beware of the bookshelves in the lounge. They are a laden with books and are pulling away from the wall. We were worried that one of the children would lean or pull in a shelf slightly and the whole thing would fall off!

Nice location. Apartment a little dated, but clean. As with most European lodging, bathroom (particularly the shower) WAY TOO SMALL. Could have used a lift.

Location is good. Apartment is comfortable, clean, decorated with nice style. Kitchen and bathroom equipment in good condition. All needed facilities available: good WiFi, cable TV, washing mashin, iron, hairdrier, landphone. Bedclothes and towels are good. Close to grossery stores, supermarkets, restorants. It would be nice to have folding sofa with more quiet suspention system. Nice neighbors, pretty quiet street with such short distance to restorants.

We had a wonderfull week in Paris. The location of the Apartment is great.

Centrally placed to where we wanted to be and down a quite street which was great at night.Detailed introduction to the apartment by Thomas was greatly appreciated and most helpful. Apartment very small but had everything we needed,however un-ironed bed linen,very dusty skirting boards, hand and scuff marks on walls, cupboard and fridge. Base of shower leaking on the right hand side. All in all rather tatty and in need of some attention.

The apartment is well positioned in the Marais, close to rue Rambuteau and its fantastic food shops, cafes, restaurants and the metro The apartment itself is well appointed with everything need for a perfect stay The building of apartments is private and there was no problem with neighbours We loved our stay here and would certainly recommend it to others as our friends had to us!!!

Just back from a very enjoyable stay in Paris. The apt is excellently located. It is exact as pictured on line and has all the utensils etc one would want. I would however suggest the owner invest in curtains. I found for both privacy and light while sleeping it could have done with some. The area is perfect for exploring Paris. It is only 5 min walk to Notre dame and 2 metro stops. Loads of restaurants nearby and a lovely quieter area of the city. The street has lovely bakeries and cafe's, which add to the ambience. I would definitely recommend this area and apt.

Very nice and comfortable apartment.

A lovely little apartment, well equipped and superbly situated. We loved the area, everything is easily accessible, many sights even by foot. The street nearby is lively, which includes some noise of course, but the house itself and the nights were quiet and restful. There was everything provided, what one could possibly need and it was clean and well kept.

Perfect location -- we walked to many special sites. The apt. was comfortable, well-equipped, quiet. We enjoyed that there were lots of food stores nearby.The phone was much appreciated and we occasionally used the TV. Lots of reading material, including guide books. We both felt that it was an ideal situation for our time in Paris.

The apartment was small but certainly adequate for our needs. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to transport or walking to the river. Many restaurants are also nearby along with mini markets for food and clothes shops. We would certainly recommend it to friends or be happy to stay again next time we are in Paris. Very good value for money. The only complaint was in regards to the shower and it was our fault really. We had cool showers and thought there was a problem but have since realised we didn't know how to work it properly. Perhaps this could be explained when people first reach the apartment.

Excellent location, very nice building, apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Although I had never used an espresso maker before, with a little advice from a local shopkeeper, I now have a new skill! Extremely enjoyable experience.

We were very pleased with the location, the late arrival service and the apartment itself. We enjoyed shopping in the small shops very close to the apartment and the Metro was very close and convenient. This was our first time in Paris and we found the write up was very accurate which we were very happy about. The only thing missing was a hair dryer. But the WiFi was very much appreciated.
Owner's comments: Normally, there's a hair dryer beneath the bathroom sink. If it's no longer there we'll replace it.

This is the second time we stayed in this apartment in this year. Everything is perfect, location as well as the space in the apartment, it has been a pleasant experience and we look forward to come back next year.

We were very pleased with the apartment. The location was excellent and it was very quiet during the day and evening which we really appreciated. The shower is very small however I am aware that is common in France. Furnishing were comfortable and clean.

Lovely apartment, exactly as described. Perfectly located on quiet street in a great neighbourhood. Great shopping and restaurants nearby (especially Le Gaigne!) and short walk to metro, Pompidou, Notre-Dame and surrounding sites. Perfect Parisian experience!

El departamento es muy confortable, solo por una estancia de 12 dias como la que me corresponde deberian enviar una persona de limpieza. El barrio es lindisimo y comodo.
