¡Alquiler temporal de apartamentos a precios asequibles!

Es la segunda vez que íbamos al mismo apartamento y pensamos lo mismo. Un 10. es excelente y el trato exquisito.

Fuimos 2 parejas y el apartamento nos gustó. Es espacioso, confortable y lo única no positivo que podría decir es que no tiene ascensor. Los encargados de la llave, unos encantos. En cuanto al barrio nos encantó y para llegar a cualquier sitio está increible.

We were 4 adults in this quiet light flat on the 4 th floor an enjoyed that we had a walking distance to the central parts of the City. The Flat was clean, had a good big table and a Nice attmosphere with a personal touch

L'appartement est charmant et superbement situé. L'accueil est chaleureux. La literie et l'équipement sont complets. Le service WIFI n'a pas fonctionné pour mon portable Samsung Galaxy. Par contre, nous pouvions l'utiliser sur la tablette. Mystère ! L'approvisionnement est varié et très facile rue des Petits carreaux, à deux minutes. Très facile à rallier depuis la gare du Nord (8 à 10 euros en taxi).

L'appartamento è molto accogliente, arredato con gusto e risulta essere molto funzionale. Il bagno è un po' piccolo ma completo. La proprietaria si è dimostrata molto disponibile e simpatica.

El servicio prestado por las personas encargadas de entregar y recibir el apartamento es muy bueno, inicialmente se presentó una confusión en la hora de llegada pero sin mayores inconvenientes. Tanto la persona que nos entrego el apartamento, como la que lo recibió a nuestra salida fueron muy amables. El departamento tiene muy buena ubicación, prácticamente todo esta cerca: estación de metro, supermercado, cafés, etc., etc. El apartamento esta bien equipado con los utensilios básicos. Solamente veo como inconveniente el baño, es muy chico y el espacio de la ducha y el sanitario es bastante reducido. Igualmente, creo que queda muy reducido el espacio existente en la zona donde se encuentra el sofá cama. Considero que se puede sustituir la mesa de centro por una más pequeña para se tenga más espacio al momento de habilitar la cama, también la momento de cerrar la cama y dejar nuevamente el sofá.

Lovely apartment; cute and well laid out. Really liked the dining area with the big table. iPod player and DVD player + DVDs was a really nice touch. Nice location. Everything we wanted. There was a rotten-water odor coming from the kitchen sink, however, that was a little bothersome each time we entered the apartment and sometimes even after our noses got accustomed to it. Didn't spoil our stay, but it wasn't pleasant. Thanks!

Excellent location, very close to St Denis Metro Station and to Rue Mortorgueil street market. The apartment also excellent, cozy, comfortable. We stayed 9 days, four of us. And the owner, very professional. While in Paris, the four of us were able to go to everywhere, walking some 6 miles everyday, visiting mos of what is there to see. We are glad to have chosen it.

The apt was nice. Fully equiped ' a lot of space . I spent there 7 days with my two kids . the location was great and the metro stations ( srassburg - denis or sntier were just 2 minuts walking. The owner is very nice and kind. just be aware that the apt is on the 4th floor without an elevator which can be quite difficult ( especially with luggages) bur it was good sport . there is a super market just on the main street . we really enjoy the apt we felt like home!
