L'appartement est très bien. J'ai regretté que le téléphone n'ait pas été mis à disposition pour passer des appels sur des fixes à Paris et en province. Le téléphone était disponible lors de mes précédentes locations. La situation en rez-de-chaussée me convient car j'ai souvent une grosse valise.

ette petit appartement adorable . propre bien décoré dans une rue très très très calme . J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cette appartement qui convient parfaitement à une ou deux personnes. L'appartement est très bien équipé et l'emplacement est très pratique. Plusieurs bus et stations de métro à proximité. Plusieurs Supermarché à proximité. Merci beaucoup pour monsieur Thomas l'équipe de ahparis pour l'accueil très chaleureux.

Small but well fitted out.Everything works! My wife & I were quite happy there. And there were basic items in the cupboard, like salt, teas& coffee etc, which helped . We also felt quite secure, as we are over 65. As we pass through Paris twice a year to & from our home in Creuse, we will consider returning. Your assistant Tom was most helpful. Thanks! PS yes the fridge is noisy, but probably just needs a re gassing service ?

Mooi, klein appartement. Netjes en alles is aanwezig. De locatie is ideaal. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn makkelijk te bereiken per fiets, te voet of per metro.

the location is excellent, the apartmant are well equipped, a little bit small but very orgenize.

Location was magical. The facilities were terrific. Well equipped kitchen. Modern, clean bathroom with plenty of hot water. The washing machine was much appreciated. The bed was firm but very comfortable. Thomas met us as planned and gave us an excellent introduction to the apartment and the area.

I highly recommend this place. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Close to supermarkets, metro station and even some great landmarks.

the apartment was comfortable, convenient and very well equipped. there were a few small flaws, which I pointed out to Tom - shutters in bedroom would not open; extractor fan in kitchen not working; dishwasher flooded. However, we really enjoyed our stay - again!

This was by far my favorite Ah Paris apartment and I will request it again until I find an apartment to purchase. Close to the metro, shops and being on the ground floor were added bonuses.

The location was great. Close to amenities and metro but also in a quiet area on the ground floor. It had everything in the kitchen including a full size fridge. Our friends had an apartment close by and it did not compare to our place for value and quality of accommodations.

The apartment was great. Close to the Metro and every convenience was within a short walking distance. My only complaint would be that the bed was a bit firm. I would recommend the apartment to others.

The apartment is terrific. Small, well designed, well equipped, clean and very comfortable. It is conveniently located, too. Just 3 minor points/suggestions: *The bathroom window was not working properly and needs repair. *There were indications that previous occupants had been smoking (faint smell of smoke) it would be great if there was a no smoking policy/sign. *there is no good light for reading in the living room. this could easily be remedied.
Owner comment: The bathroom window was repaired just after the departure of the clients. We've never noticed any cigarette odor in the apartment.

Appartement fonctionnel, très bien placé pour se déplacer à Paris, quartier calme...En revanche, son emplacement au rez de chaussée laisse l'appartement sombre et les entrées et sorties des habitants de l'immeuble sont bruyantes du faite des claquement de la porte.

The apartment is quite small, but adequate for 2 adults. The facilities are extensive and we did not use all of them by any means. The location is really good with good access to food supplies, restaurants, underground stations, tourist attractions (Montmartre, Pigalle). Being on the ground floor just inside the entrance has advantages.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient. We had an excellent stay.

The apt. was adequate for size and location. We enjoyed the location being so close to stores and transportation. The cooking pots & pans are a little worn and the refrigerator was noisy. We did not use coffee machine because it needed intense cleaning. It was nice to have breakfast and snacks at home before going out sightseeing. We only had 2 towels for bathing and 1 kitchen towel. 2 each would have been nice along with a few cleaning towels. The carpet & kitchen floor needed a little cleaning, mopping & shampoo. The apt. was in a good location for groceries, restaurants & fresh markets. Furnishings were adequate. We would use this apt. again just because of the convenience & location. Nice size for 2 people. We enjoyed our week stay very much!

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans une rue calme à proximité de montmartre,de la rue des martyrs et des grands magasins. Il est meublé de façon très pratique, il manque cependant un porte manteau, ou des patères pour accrocher les manteaux quand on rentre.
Réponse du propriétaire : Merci pour vos commentaires. Afin d'éviter l'encombrement dans l'appartement avec les manteaux, un placard avec des porte-manteaux a été installé à l'entrée de la cuisine (sur la droite) à cet effet.

Es un apartamento con todo lo necesario para una estadia de vacaciones: la cocina muy bien equipada, el baño impecable, la cama cómoda y tambien el living. La ubicación es interesante. sin estar en el centro, está cerca de todos lados, y tiene el metro con el que te moves por Paris espectacular.La "rue des Martyrs" a 20 metros, es una calle con cafes, bares, restaurantes, y tambien panaderias, fruterias, etc. tambien hay un supermerdado a dos cuadras. Y caminando 10 minutos se llega al Sacre Coeur, y el barrio Montmarte, que lo circunda que es precioso.Me encantaria ir de nuevo!!!

L'appartement est très bien agencé. J'y ai trouvé tout ce qu'il me fallait en terme d'équipement. Bien qu'il soit situé au rez-de-chaussée sur la rue, il est calme et tranquille. Je viens à Paris au moins deux fois par an, je le louerai certainement à nouveau. Je l'avais choisi à cause de la proximité avec la rue des Martyrs et j'ai été satisfaite.

Appartement d'un très bon rapport qualité prix. Bon agencement et équipement suffisant pour un séjour pour 2 personnes. Bonne situation pour visiter Paris dans un quartier très agréable. Bon contact avec les commerçants du quartier.

El departamento , es hermoso, bien equipado y bien situado , sería conveniente tal vez, poder solicitar como opción , departamentos PARA fumadores , ya que por principio general NO SE PUEDE FUMAR

Absolutely fine, good area. There is a list on the table of potential charges if anything breaks, I'm not sure that is really necessary.

Very, very clean and modern apartment that was incredibly well equipped. The kitchen had every kind of appliance, tool, accessory that could ever be needed-- which made cooking very easy! (And especially great because the nearby neighborhood had many, many fresh markets, bakeries, and specialty food shops.) All the major appliances (tv, dish washer, clothes washer, etc.) worked seamlessly. Overall, the neighborhood was lovely, pleasant, and quite convenient. An apartment that was very liveable and enjoyable!
