Short-term vacation apartment rentals at affordable rates!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris & the apartment. Great location. Well kept. Clean & tidy. Well equipped. Olivier was extremely friendly & we were able to work through the language barrier. Will definitely stay again if we ever go back to Paris.

The location is really great, right around the corner from the "Marche Montorgueil" part of rue Montorgueil. It's quite small, but quite sufficient for a couple. The bed is in a loft and so I would only recommend it for able-bodied people, as the ladder is quite steep. My wife and I are in our mid-40s and it was no problem for us. Having a kitchenette is also quite nice -- I wouldn't say you could cook real meals in there, but it was enough for breakfast and cheese and wine, which is great to have in Paris.

The size was a bit of a shock when we first entered and I thought we had made a mistake. Once settled and comfortable the place grew on us and we loved it. I can't believe that such a small space managed all the creature comforts. Coffee machine , washing machine , microwave and a tight but functional bathroom. This place is not for the older traveller, and not for the physically challenged. You have to climb some narrow stairs to get to the loft where you sleep. We really loved the quirkiness of the place and we certainly would return and do recommend it. The position is great and all the things other reviews have said. The host Awa was pleasant, helpful and complete in her instructions. Wifi worked well and fast. It did stop once but we simply restarted the modem and all was good. As I said the flat grows on you and you feel quite at home. It was almost sad to leave it. We walked to all the tourist sights with ease. Just relax and take in the sights.

El studio, aunque chico, está bien situado (al costado del Forum Les Halles y de la Rue Montorgueil). Sugiero que compren un sofá, porque las únicas dos sillas no son cómodas. Yo entendí que la cama era camarote y no que estaba situada en un altillo y había que subir por una escalera de mano, lo que puede ser un problema para personas mayores.

A beautiful small apartment in the center of Paris . The steep stairs to the loft requires good mobility . The keys with Awa worked very well , despite language problems. She was very friendly. We are happy to come back to Paris in this apartment .

Really nice and cosy flat. Small, but everything available which could be needed for a short (or even longer) stay. Had no problem with the stairs or the bed. Wlan worked also without problems. The appointment with Mrs. Awa was perfectly in time. Location is very good.

To make it short and to the point. The apartement is at a perfect location. Very close to Paris center - to all main sightseeing locations. Despite it was never noisy. Clean, equiped with all kitchen utilities you may need while you are staying. We missed nothing; maybe a second blanket would be a good idea for couples. We absolutely recommend it and for sure we are looking forward for the next visit in Paris.

Very central! In a pedestial street, so there was no noice. A steep stair to the bedroom did not bother us, but may be difficult for some people. Very small, cute and clean appartment with well equipped kitchen.

Probably the best decision I made was to rent this small apartment . The location made the vacation so special in ways a hotel never could . I encourage anyone prepared from the smaller space to take the opportunity to truly enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of its perfect location .

Petit appart mignon super propre très bien équipé. Concierge très arrangeante hyper sympa. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le 2e, au fond d'une cour très au calme.

To be perfect a bit tight, walls too thin, sounds around, some decorations not well installed. As Expected a great location, clean, well equipped, privacy.

The flat is warm and cosy. Very well equipped with anything you could possibly need, and a perfect location (Louvre and Pompiduo minutes away by walk). Quiet, romantic, stylish, this flat is absolutely perfect for a short break in Paris. Hope to be back someday. Last but not least, this place is run by kind and polite people, that sometimes can make a huge difference. Couldn't really ask for more.

It was difficult to get the key to the apartment. Thanks to John at Faystay for his help! Everything else was fine including a great location right off rue Montorgueil which is a fantastic street for experiencing Paris.

Excellent location, walking distance to all the attractions. The apartment has everything we needed and was perfect as a base. The ladder to the bed is a bit difficult if you are not very mobile.

This was the second time I have stayed in this apartment, and I found it to be as good as the first time. The chairs are good quality but could be more comfortable if one is staying for a while. I do appreciate the way the small space is set up and the location.

The apartment is in a great location, very quiet but only a few minutes walk from a vibrant, friendly street. The RER B is a few more minutes away in Les Halles. The apartment itself is small, just enough for two. The bed is the only challenge, as the stairs are only for the fit! We found the bed to be a little uncomfortable. This may have been us adjusting to a different mattress. Overall, a great place to stay!

So, 14m2 is quite small generaly in our mind, but there is all you need for comfortable stay. Location is great (it was a key point for my selection, because it will my second trip to Paris, and walking through these districts enough in my previous stay). I would recomend it for 2 young people, who visit Paris for musemssideseeing and who is not going to be at apartments for long hours per day.

Iit is a very special appartement with a nice style. The location is excellent.

The real prtoblem on the apartment is to climb the stairs and go to bed. But the space of it, except for the loft, is enough for two people, even if it's necessary sometimes more areas to depose laggages and personal effects. In that sense, it can appear too narrow, but we could appreciate calm and the peaciful atmosphere of the building and the courtyard. ù We love our neighborly to a famouse patisserie and other restaurants, cafés, shops.

The apartment was small , perfect for one, the ladder to the loft difficult to negate but the location more than made up for any discrepancy. The location was excellent with it's cornucopia of shops featuring high quality food items and restaurants giving me the feel for everyday life in a. Paris neighborhood.

The location of the studio is excellent. The studio is very clean though it's small. Well equipped. The personnel is excellent.

très bon emplacement et calme absolu lors de notre séjour. un peu compliqué de monter et descendre de la mezzanine quand on est 2 ... propreté ok, sauf poussière sur poutres et décodeur. situation vraiment idéale et accessible depuis aéroports et gares. quelques rangements supplémentaires ou porte-manteaux seraient peut être nécessaires.

I loved the apartment - the quiet, the privacy, the outlook. My only problem was the chairs which I found less than comfortable. Other than that - I had a great time. The central location made for very easy access to the whole of the city.

Charming, well-appointed, small but sufficient for two, very reasonable monthly rate. Secure, with friendly neighbors, quiet at night, lovely flowered courtyard. The loft above kitchen area adds good space, but tricky to negotiate, needs safety railing and fan for cooling (we discussed this with manager.) In the heart of market district Les Halles, everything one needs in walking distance or short Métro ride, including Île de la Cité & Louvre. The beautiful Église St-Eustache quickly became "nôtre paroisse" - world-class church organ and organists. Excellent welcome and support from English-speaking manager, Romain Bourgier. All problems addressed quickly and solved with sufficiency. We hope to return one day.

The apartment was a great space... It was small, but clean, well organized, had all the necessities, and the location was fantastic. Being right off Rue Montorgueil and within a 20 minute walk of most of the major attractions of central Paris gave us a wonderful experience of the life of the city, rather than just visiting as tourists. It is also very close to a major Metro/RER hub (Chatelet - Les Halles) and several other Metro stops, which was convenient for going further afield. We had no problems finding the building, though the courtyard inside was a bit of a maze. Getting up and down from the loft could be a problem for people who are not able-bodied enough to climb ladders, and the loft itself could use a lip for an added sense of security. For whatever reason we could not get the wireless Internet to work with our Android phone or iTouch. Overall, I would certainly look to rent this apartment again if we revisit Paris.
