Apartment of 30 m², in ground floor for 2 people in a building built around 1900. It was completely renewed by an architect in May 2012. It's located just 50m from the Rue des Martyrs. It includes a living room with television, DVD and WiFi, a small bedroom with a bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilets.

It is at the same time cozy, very comfortable and functional. The furnishing is sober and elegant. It's very quiet and, although situated at the ground floor, we sleep with the opened sometimes when it is very warm.

The district is located, just in the northeast of department stores Galleries Lafayette and Printemps (10 mn in subway) and in the southwest of the basilica of the Sacré Coeur Basilica in Montmartre (10 mn on foot). The neighborhood is residential, but it's not far from the very lively districts of Pigalle and Abbesses.

You'll find many small shops, bars and restaurants as well as cabarets there (The Moulin Rouge, Chez Michou), theaters (the Cicada, the Divan du Monde World). It offers the conviviality of a village and the vitality of a lively area. You are here in the heart of the district of "La Nouvelle Athènes".
