great location. Near major attractions and shopping center. Apartment was big. All the basic amenities plus washing machine was available. Drainage in bathroom sink was not good,

This apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Paris. We enjoyed the close proximity to the Louvre, L'Orangerie, Metro, and many other museums and sites. We would definitely stay again!

The light in the living room was out of order. It doesn't work :-( The rest of the apparment was really acceptable :-)

Very comfortable and well equipped! We loved the charm, history and age of the building, and we're pleased how close it was for transport, sightseeing and eateries! Jerome was an absolute gentleman and explained everything and assisted us with our enquiries! We loved it and will recommend this holiday location to friends and family! El departamento es lo ofrecido en la web. Pero tube demasiados contratiempos para una visita a Paris de 3 días: las llaves las retire en otro lugar q desconocían mi llegada y no pudieron abrir la puerta general; la señal de internet fue buena pero hubo q llamar por teléfono para dar precision sobre el login, para ver la tv hubo q probar varias opciones. La persona que estaba reemplazando al dueño fue amable pero no tenia el tiempo para dedicarse a guiarnos en los comandos de la casa.

Perfecta localizacion, cerca de todo y a la vez en una calle muy tranquila. Apartamento segun lo esperado, volveriamos a el.

The owner was at the apartment to greet us, and was welcoming and helpful. The WiFi worked well, and as we had a lot happening at home in Australia, was very important to us. Central location, the street has a supermarket and eateries, lots of shops nearby in rue de Rivoli. The only downside about the apartment was that it was quite dark. However, it was quiet and we felt safe there.

We had a most enjoyable time, wonderful position, so handy to all things. Best shower I have had in an apartment ever. My only problem was but did cope with it was the microwave, suggest some instructions would help and also for the stove in English, but really it was a minor thing. The WiFi was a bit slow but as we had not expected any it was a bonus to have it. Also plenty of spare clean linen and the bed was excellent.

Nice apartment in a good location. The landlord was very nice & hospitable. Some of the neighbors were a little loud when the windows were open, but they closed them when we asked them to do so. There is a small supermarket about 50 metres away, which is very convenient. There are lots of restaurants within about a 5 minute walk. It would be helpful if there were a toaster in the kitchen in which you could grill/ heat up food. I would stay here again.

The apt is in a great central location close to restaurants, stores, bakeries, metro, shopping and of course Louvre, Notre Dame, Latin Quarter.It is very quiet since the windows do not face the street. The owner, met us on our arrival and was extremely courteous and explained everything, he speaks English very well. Wi-fi did not work at all during out week's stay. Apartment is compact but has all the amenities. It was decently clean but not really up to my standards. Hopefully we can go back to Paris in the future and we would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again! We had a wonderful time!

Muy comodo el departartamento y muy buena ubicación.

The apartment was all it was claimed to be. Didn't meet the landlord, but DID meet his wonderful wife, who speaks fluent English, and was very kind and helpful. Certainly large and spacious, and the washing machine was an unexpected plus. Neat, clean, comfortable, close to the Louvre, Metro, shopping, dining. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat, and plan to at some time in the future.

Great location and spacious apartment. Close to everything. Clothes washer a great benefit. Condition of apartment was very good. Couch seemed new. The owner was very helpful and accommodating with an early arrival and ultimately a change for earlier departure. Thank you. Certainly would recommend to others,

Appart très bien situé, calme. Propriétaire très gentil et attentionné (1 bouteille de vin à l'arrivé). Preuve : cela fait 3 x que nous retournons au même endroit. A conseillé.

Great apartment. Perfect location for all the major tourist sites. We walked essentially everywhere - Louvre, Champs de Élysées, Arch de Triumph , Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower and close to a major metro station for checking out other neighborhoods. Lots of night life, markets, bakeries, restaurants, and was even walkable to Marais district. Had some issues logging onto the Internet during peak usage hours and it would have been nice to have toilet paper in the apartment when we arrived. We had to quickly find a grocery store which was nearby to purchase some. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

The couch was severely damaged, but the bed was extremely comfortable so overall we were very pleased with the apartment.
