This is a very nice studio apartment in the center of Paris between the Sentier and Opera. It's a quiet and typically Parisian neighborhood. The apartment is very well decorated and functional, decorated with simplicity and good taste with modern decor and art.

The area is very nice and quiet at night because it is a neighborhood with a lot of offices. The rue Montorgueil and the Grand Boulevards are at less than 5 min walk and the lines 8 and 3 of the metro will take you to the most touristic places.

You're within walking distance to many of the most famous sites in Paris. The Pompidou Center is a 20 minute walk. Notre Dame and the Hôtel de Ville and the Seine River are within 25 minutes. The Louvre is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Transportation to the rest of Paris and the two major airports is made easy by the metro. You have direct access to the Champs Elysées, the Opera, the Bastille.
