The area is very pleasant, with its markets, its small shopkeepers and restaurants of the pedestrian area. Very central and well connected, 1 min from the metro trail and within 10 minutes walk from Chatelet les Halles. A few steps away, the wide boulevards with its theaters and shops.

The apartment is on the 5th floor with a large elevator. It is very bright, has a terrace, is comfortable and well equipped. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and flat screen, and the second with a sofa bed upmarket.

Very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, large fridge, oven, Senseo coffee maker etc. The living room is a beautiful area with a comfortable sofa and a flat screen. WiFi available. The bathroom has the cachet and is equipped with a large bathtub and a washing machine.

The apartment is well equipped and secure if you have a baby or young child. We can lend you a cot, high chair and changing table (to be requested at time of booking).

No smoking. You can smoke on the terrace only.
