This is a charming studio completely refurbished in 2008. It has high ceilings with the exposed beams and stone typical of the interior architecture of this area of Paris, one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the capital. It's equipped with a small bathroom, a kitchenette, plenty of closet space and an internet access.

The apartment is quiet despite being located in a lively neighbourhood full of restaurants, cafés and bars. It's just around the corner from the Pompidou Centre and the Hotel de Ville. The nearby BHV department store offers great shopping along with the rest of the smaller boutiques in the Marais and along the rue de Rivoli.

The Marais centre has a great restaurant theatre called the Café de la Gare. You can walk to the Place des Vosges, the Picasso Museum, the Modern Arts Museum at the Georges Pompidou Centre, the Louvre and the Seine River.

Metro lines 1 and 11 at the Hotel de Ville and Rambuteau metro stations will take you all around Paris.

Renters should understand that there are no windows in this apartment. The glass entrance door allow light to enter the apartment.
