Buena ubicación. Limpio. Funcional.

The apartment was really clean, comfortable (for 2 adults and 2 children) and rich-equipped in all the cooking facilities. The localisation was excellent - the street is closet and quiet, but it is some minutes to metro/bus station or Carrefour market. 25 minutes by foot to Eiffel Towel or Jardin du Luxembourg. (Two remarks - no tablets for dishwasher avaiable (for our 3 day stay only) and problems with main doors (hard to close).

Great location, comfortable appartment. Very supportive host. We arrived three hours later and they were waiting for us. I would definitaly come thier again.

This is a very nice apartment. Well equipped and perfectly maintained. A perfect base to explore Paris.

Very good location,everything needed like Metro,restaurants bakery ,shops not far away. The apartment was clean and the kitchen very well equipped. Check in and out was very easy and friendly. perfect for up to three persons,with four for a short trip ok. very good price for a stay in that area. The only thing which could be better:There is only one big Towl for each person, a small one additionally would be nice. We enjoyed the stay !

Sobre el apartamento todo correcto, excepto las almohadas que eran demasiado gruesas. Entiendo que es una opinión personal, pero las 4 personas que nos alojamos pensamos lo mismo. Por lo demás todo bien: baño, cocina, cama, etc

The apartment was good. Nice area and Metro nearby I missed Some kitchentowels and dishclothes the rest was well equiped The stairs were no problem.

El apartamento es simplemente perfecto, bien ubicado, con todas las comodidades necesarias y con una buena relación calidad-precio.

The apartment was spacious with a very comfortable bed and good sized lounge/TV room. Kitchen was good and great to have a washing machine. We liked the area as it was not quite so busy and seemed a safe place to stay. The apartment is good size for a couple. Wifi connection was good. Being on the 3rd floor and no lift was hard as we had heavy suitcases. Toilet seat needs replacing. The bakery at the end of the street served great coffee and croissants and very helpful ladies working there. And we had a meal at the corner brassiere/bistro which was fine. Overall a good apartment to stay in.

Nice appartment in a very good location. You should take into account that there are no elevator if you come with kids (I did some work out with the baby trolley...)

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig in einem Hinterhof. Die Metrostation liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Appartement entfernt. Dort befindet sich auch ein Supermarkt, der täglich geöffnet hat - auch Sonntags. Das Viertel sowie die Nachbarschaft im Haus sind sehr angenehm. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung, wobei zwei davon ältere Kinder waren. Am Küchentisch wird es mit vier Erwachsenen vermutlich etwas eng, ansonsten kommt man mit dem Schlafzimmer und der ausziehbaren Doppelbettschlafcouch im Wohnzimmer gut aus. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut und wertig ausgestattet unter anderem mit einer Waschmaschine - falls.man plant, nur mit Handgepäck abzureisen. Das frei verfügbare WLAN hilft beim Planen und Buchen bzw. Reservieren der Parisaktivitäten. Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter war zuverlässig, unkompliziert und nett.

Appartement agréable, bien situé pour visiter Paris et proximité des transports en commun et des commerces. Environnement calme.

Excellent place, perfect apartment, there are everything we need, just great!!!

L'appartement est très bien situé pour un séjour touristique. Arrivant à la gare Montparnasse, c'est idéal : 1 station de métro qui est proche de l'appartement. Situé dans une rue calme,nombreux commerces alentour. Nous étions en famille : pour 4 personnes , l'appartement est agréable. Bon agencement de la cuisine, literie confortable... Nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour à Paris.

The location is good, near the subway, supermarket and pharmacy. It's possible to go by food to musse l'armee and to the tower. There was all the kitchenware that we needed. The problem is there is no elevator.

L'appartement est jolie, propre, calme et surtout très bien situé. Mais c'est dans le troisième étage et y a pas de ascenseur.

The apartment was just right for our purposes. It is a classic Parisian home - the hallways, courtyard, staircases and location made us feel like locals. It was wonderfully quiet as well. Having a washing machine was a great treat. Of course the closeness of Bon Marche's Grand Epicerie was a definite highlight, as was the corner bistro, Oudino. We would dfefinitely ask for this one again

un appartement très bien situé, lumineux, calme et fonctionnel.

The location was convenient to staying in Paris. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived and inspite of claim to have it fixed the next day, the repair was never made. Otherwise the Apt was as advertised.

we like very much the apartment and the location. it is clean, quiet and very well equiped. everything works well. the problem was the third floor, because there isn´t elevator.

The apartment was very nice, everything clean and very well equipped.It is a bit small, only interior courtyard views and 54 steps up the stairs but the moderate price reflects all this. The Wi-Fi is weak and there should be smoke detectors in this and every apt (we bought one). The location is great, excellent Oudino restaurant 200 ft away, easy walk to Metro and Le Bon Marche. Bakery,supermarket, ATMs and pharmacy nearby on Sevres.

everything was perfect to stay, all kitchinwares were well equipped, you can cook whatever you want . Apartment was so clean, actually more than I expected. sofa bed was big enough to stay. We were 3, there was one big supermarket near this place,nice bakery. strongly recommend this apartment, price is reasonable compared to hotel. good value.

The apartment was in a great location - minutes away from the metro, the grocery store, and even a delicious bakery down the street. The neighbourhood was safe, quiet, and we were only a 25 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was big enough for three people (I would not recommend squeezing in a fourth person). The apartment was also very clean and all the cooking facilities were new. Furthermore, having access to a washing machine (free!) was great. All the plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, pots and pans were spotless. They even had tupperware containers available which came in handy. The pull out bed in the living room was surprisingly comfortable. The only negative things are minute. The door was very finicky to open and the WiFi connection was poor ( would only work when you stood beside the router). Other than that, a great experience.
