The apartment was renovated in 2013. Very bright, the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate wc. Access to the bathroom is through the corridor leading to the bedrooms, and therefore does not need to go through one of the bedrooms. Each room has storage.

All necessary equipment for a pleasant stay is included in the apartment (TV , internet, kitchen equipment , etc. ). Heating and hot water are included in the rent.

You will be at the intersection of 10th , 11th and 20th arrondissement. In fact, you are at walking distance from the famous Oberkampf street, close to the district of Belleville, Republic and the Canal St Martin. This area is very rich for its cultural activities, bars, restaurants, theaters, clubs, markets, designer boutiques and parks. Metro lines 11 & 3 are 5 minutes walk from the apartment and allow direct access to the heart of the Marais, with the Hotel de Ville and Notre Dame, the Opera district and the famous department stores of Galeries LaFayette and Printemps.

The area is full of shops. Bakeries and supermarkets are very close in the avenue Parmentier.
