Se trata de un apartamento pequeño, pero muy cómodo y perfecto para pasar unos días de turismo en París, ya que su ubicación es perfecta, pues te permite moverte por todo el centro sin necesidad de coger transporte público. Tiene de todo lo necesario para pasar una agradable estancia.

Sehr zentral gelegen, in der Nacht ruhig. Gut ausgestattet, gute Dusche, bequemes Bett. Küche eher spärlich. Sauber. Empfehlenswert!

La localizacion es muy buena y el apartamento tambien está bien. El único inconveniente es que está en un tercer piso sin ascensor.

We love it !!! A small beautyfull Appartment. Clean, quiet and everything we needed. At the center of Paris. A very good bakery and a supermarket next corner. Many good restaurants around. 3 minutes to centre pompidou. 1 minute to metro. We will come back again. :) (sorry about my english, I'm from germany) (attention, it's on the third floor and no elevator)

Excellent location, between two central metro stations, in Marais area. Very convenient and safe (the police station is across the street), with plenty of shops, supermarkets, coffee-shops, restaurants, boullangeries, etc. around. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. We didn't use any of the great facilities (kitchen, coffee-maker, micro-wave oven, washing machine) because we only had a couple of days in Paris. However we did use the internet wi-fi connection and worked fast and easily in all our devices. The owner, was very helpful and obliging and made our trip even better. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again if we return to Paris. Thank you.

Appartamento piccolo ma ben posizionato in pieno centro. Molto funzionale, perfetto per una coppia ma un po' stretto per tre persone come eravamo noi. Un po' di difficoltà con la scala che aveva i gradini stretti e un po' ripida. Tutto sommato una buona soluzione per Parigi.

Le lit d'appoint (couchage numéro 3) devrait être amélioré car son confort est minimum. Appartement sympathique et très bien situé.

Está muy bien situado. Pequeño pero bastante bien equipado. El apartamento es antiguo y la madera del suelo hace bastante ruido. En nuestro caso, que íbamos con un bebé, lo peor fueron las escaleras hasta el tercer piso. Raphael fue muy amable en prestarnos la llave del cuarto de la planta baja donde los vecinos pueden dejar las bicicletas, cochecitos, etc. para dejar el nuestro

We liked to stay in this small but cosy and very nice appartment, which is close to the Marais. We would come back.

Location is perfect. The owner is very kind.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and in a great area to look around. We walked everywhere. On the instructions to get there you could say go to Les Halles. It is just as close and is an easier station to get to from say the airport. Rafael was very helpful.

One more blanket and an other cushion would have been nice.

Apartamento ubicado en zona centrica, inmejorable para conocer paris. Apartamento en buenas condiciones zona super tranquila. Metro cerca, y autobus. Supermercado y localcitos propios para comer y tomar. Recomendable totalmente.

We remained are very happy with the apartment. There is all necessary for accommodation. The apartment is in the downtown!
