The apartment is very quiet with one side overlooking a large, paved courtyard and the other a pedestrian walkway. It's always sunny with a terrace facing the south and a open view. The apartment is well equipped and can accommodate 5 with the possibility of adding a 6th small bed if necessary.

The neighbourhood is filled with lively boutiques, fruit and vegetable stands, French restaurants and restaurants from around the world. Check out the passage Brady if you'd like to find some great Indian and Turkish cuisine.

Access to the apartment is great. The metro lines 8 and 9 pass through the Bonne Nouvelle metro station and line 4 crosses Paris north to south from the Château d'Eau metro station. Within minutes you can get to the Opera, Châtelet, Saint Germain and the Gare du Nord.
