This is a very nice 1 bedroom apartment located in a Haussmannien style building with a digicode and interphone. It has high, decorative ceilings and magnificent parquet floors. It's quiet and sunny. The living room and bedroom are equipped with tall, double glazed windows.

The kitchen is well equipped. The living room has a plasma screen TV with lots of international channels. There's even a free, high-speed internet connection.

It's located in a lively quarter with lots of shops, boutiques, bakeries and markets at the foot of the building and all around the neighbourhood.

You're just down the street from the metro station which gives you quick access to the rest of Paris. You can go directly the the Place de la Concorde, the Madeleine and the Parc des Expositions at the Porte de Versailles.

You can also get to the Opera and the Lafayette Galleries, the Champs Elysées and the Louvre.
